Home Daycare Contract Template

Do you need a template to create your own contract? Whether you are doing a home daycare or just babysitting a few kiddos but want a contract, then look no further! This is my contract I use for my own licensed home daycare. It includes a contract for if you are going to be licensed, and the same contract just formatted a little differently if you aren't going to be licensed! It has sections that cover topics of allergies, a pet disclaimer if you have pets, your policy on clothing, diapers and wipes, your nap time or rest time policy, an illness policy, prices for care, your holiday, vacation and absent policies, a notices policy section and your hours of operation! This is a very thought out and well executed contract designed and put together by a licensed home daycare provider of four years in counting!
