By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital products from Sunray Collective, you agree to the following terms:

1. License & Permitted Use

All digital products, including but not limited to templates, planners, charts, and printables, are for personal or single-business use only.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the product for your own personal or business needs
  • Customize the content for your own use
  • Print or reuse the files as needed for your own operations

2. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer any product (in whole or in part)
  • Claim the designs, templates, or content as your own
  • Use the products to create new items for sale or profit
  • Modify and then sell or distribute the modified version
  • Share files with others (including coworkers, friends, or online groups)
  • Upload files to any public or private sharing platform
  • Use any part of the product for commercial resale or licensing

Strictly prohibited: Using these products to generate income by reselling, sublicensing, or offering them as part of another product or service.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, graphics, and content remain the sole property of SUNRAY COLLECTIVE and are protected by copyright laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership—only the right to use it under these terms.

4. Custom Orders

Custom-designed products are also protected under this agreement and may not be:

  • Replicated for resale
  • Shared with others
  • Used to create competing products

5. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

6. Violations

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these products may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your license
  • Legal action where applicable

7. Agreement

By purchasing and using these products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service
